The Mandate: Building an International Online Church
In mid-2025, near my birthday, the Lord Jesus began a profound work of recommitment in my heart. He spoke clearly, bringing about a “refueling” of the fire that first burned within me decades ago. Then in late-2025 and January 2026 His instruction was direct: “Build an international online church.”
While much of the internet has been perverted by the devil and his demons, we believe that God is THE (only) creator and is the Author of technology. While much of the internet has been perverted, we are here to take it back and utilize it for what He created it for: to give Him glory.
Seek First His Kingdom
Our number one priority is to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness (Matthew 6:33 NASB). This Substack serves as “The Study,” a library of teaching focused on:

A Legacy of Service (Since 1979)
Bishop Dennis Davis (Th.D.) has been walking with the Lord and ministering the Word since July 23, 1979. His journey has been one of a pioneer:
1980s: Hosted “Rock Solid,” a Christian music video program aired via satellite across the USA.
Late 1990s: A pioneer in internet ministry, streaming services LIVE as early as 1997.
1998: Received his Doctorate of Theology.
2004: Consecrated as Bishop.
2026: Author of Restoring Christ’s Church - A Call to Biblical Order and the Fivefold Ministry.
