In this governmental paradigm, time is more than just the ticking of a clock (Chronos); it is a series of strategic, divine windows known as Moedim—appointed times where Heaven’s jurisdiction is most accessible. As an apostolic leader, I align my decrees with Kairos (spiritual time) rather than Chronos (natural time) to ensure their full legal weight. By adjusting to the Zmanim—the calculated spiritual times of the Throne—I am ensuring that the gavel strikes at the exact moment the gates are open for execution.]

We have reached the 29th day of Av—the penultimate day of the month of Simeon [history]. This is a critical legal threshold. Historically, the month of Av has been a season of the “evil report”—where a lack of hearing God’s heart led to national destruction. But we are the Ekklesia, the King’s governing assembly, and we do not succumb to historical cycles; we overturn them.
Many are still living in the “echo” of the crisis, allowing their ears to be tuned to the frequency of their symptoms, their bank accounts, or the news cycles. Your faith will never rise above your confession. Today is the day to audit your mouth. If you are still talking about the mountain, you are not legislating its removal. It is time to aggressively enforce the “faithful mercies of David” over your life and your jurisdiction.
The Corporate Decree:
“As the gathered legislative assembly of the King, operating under imperial diplomatic authority to bind and to loose on this 29th day of Av, we issue this urgent global statute:
We bind and completely dismantle the spirit of fear, the ‘evil report,’ and the institutional rebellion that seeks to distract the Ekklesia from its governing mandate. We strip the spirit of limitation of its legal standing and we close the gates of our virtual sanctuaries against the static of the world.
We loose an aggressive, unshakeable faith across our homes, our businesses, and our international networks. We decree that our ears are tuned exclusively to the frequency of the Throne. We declare that the mouth of the corporate Ekklesia is now in alignment with the Word of the Living God. We command health to manifest in our bodies, provision to flow into our storehouses, and absolute peace to guard our minds.
We legislate that the International Online Church and CFItv are impenetrable fortresses of truth, functioning with technical precision and spiritual authority. We turn the world over today—Operation Ker A Velt—enforcing the peace, order, and provision of the homeland of heaven in every region where the Ekklesia stands!
The verdict is stamped, the atmosphere is altered, and this day is legally bound to the peace, order, and provision of the Kingdom of Heaven in the mighty name of Jesus!”
