Devotional: "God is Bigger than Your Perspective"
Scripture: “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17 (NASB)
Bishop Dennis shares a powerful vision of a massive diamond. Around this diamond stand people from every background—Pentecostals, Baptists, Catholics, and more. One sees red light, another sees blue. The tragedy of the modern church is that we often build walls around our “color” of light and refuse to talk to those seeing another facet.
But what if we realized that the “red light” and the “blue light” are both coming from the same Diamond?
When we isolate ourselves in denominations, we limit our view of God. But when we come together in the Christian Fellowship International spirit, we get a better understanding of how He functions. We don’t have to agree on every minor angle to agree on the Diamond. If Jesus is Lord, we are on the same team.
Reflection: Are you staying in your “blue circle,” or are you willing to listen to someone who sees the “red light”? Ask God to give you a heart that values the different facets of His Body.
Kingdom Decree: “One King, One Body”
“I decree that the spirit of division has no place in the Body of Christ.
I refuse to be a ‘denominator’ that divides; I choose to be a ‘multiplier’ of Kingdom unity. I recognize that my perspective of the King is just one facet of His infinite glory. I value my brothers and sisters who see the light from a different angle, for together we see the full beauty of the Diamond.
We stand on the common ground that Jesus is Lord and Supreme in Authority. We are one Body, serving one King, advancing one Kingdom.”

Amen
