Bishop Dennis is “getting ready to be ready.” Behind the scenes of the “Voice of the Anointing” podcast, there is a massive shift taking place. With a goal to reach one million followers, the Bishop is facing a reality many leaders face: the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Receiving 100 messages an hour is a sign of an open door, but it also highlights the need for a staff that can help carry the weight.
Even with 46 years of ministry experience, Bishop is still seeking a place to serve locally in the Lubbock area. He isn’t done; he’s just getting started. Whether you are in a season of “small beginnings” or “overwhelming growth,” the principle remains: seek the Lord for the structure to hold the vision He gave you.
