Bishop Dennis has just walked through a valley that the enemy intended to be his shadow of death. With a blood pressure reading that shocked medical understanding, Bishop stood on a single truth: He is in the King’s family, and the King takes care of His own. Bishop Dennis Davis reflects on his life-changing moment on July 23, 1979, but emphasizes that the most critical work has been the “progressive change” leading through his 2025 reset. Many of us are comfortable in “religion,” but God is calling us into the Ekklesia—His governmental body on earth.

True repentance means changing the way you think. It’s like being in a room where the light suddenly gets brighter; the furniture hasn’t changed, but you can see it much more clearly now. Kingdom Decree: “I Am the Ekklesia”

“I decree that I am not a member of a religion, but a citizen of a Kingdom.

I am part of the Ekklesia—the called-out, governmental body of Christ on the earth. I repent of all small thinking and wasted time. I choose to grow, for I refuse to die spiritually.

My mind is being renewed; the Light of God is turning on in my spirit. I step into the new levels of understanding that the King has prepared for me. I am an Ambassador, I represent the King, and I walk in His authority today and every day!”

Scripture: “Therefore thus says the Lord God, ‘Behold, I am laying in Zion a stone, a tested stone, A costly cornerstone for the foundation, firmly placed... I will make justice the measuring line and righteousness the plumb line...’” — Isaiah 28:16-17 (NASB)

Bishop Dennis Davis shares a story about a door in the school he built. To the workers, it looked fine because they had measured it. But to the Bishop’s eye, it was off. It wasn’t “plumb.”

Much of what we call “church” today looks fine on the surface. We have the programs, the lights, and the numbers. But when you hold it up to the plumb line of the Kingdom of God, something is out of balance. We have traded the Government of God for a social club.

Kingdom living is all about Alignment. God doesn’t want to just “bless your plans”; He wants to align your life with His way of doing things. Are you willing to let the King “straighten you up” today?

Reflection: If you feel “batty” or unsettled in your spirit lately, it might be because you’ve drifted out of alignment with the King’s priority. Ask Him today: “Lord, show me where my life is not plumb with Your Word.”

Apostolic Decree: “Back to the Foundation”

Focus: A declaration of realignment for the Ecclesia.

“The Church is not a social club, and the Kingdom is not a program.

We have spent too long trying to build numbers instead of building according to the Blueprint. Jesus is the Chief Cornerstone, and His Word is the plumb line. If our lives and our assemblies aren’t aligned with ‘His way of doing things,’ then they aren’t plumb.

It’s time to stop measuring by the world’s standards and start measuring by the King’s Decree. Seek first the Kingdom. Get back to the foundation.”

Bishop is taking out the trash today—both literally and spiritually. While hauling boxes from the home dialysis solutions, Bishop was reminded that things that don’t belong in the house must be taken to the dump. The same is true for the Kingdom of God.

Bishop points out a truth many are afraid to say: God’s love is for everyone, but His blessings are for those who love Him … the obedient. We live in a culture that wants the King’s benefits without the King’s laws. But the King’s government doesn’t work on “feelings”; it works on fruitfulness. If our lives aren’t producing what He designed them to produce, we are out of alignment. It is time to stop tolerating “garbage” in our thinking and start being about the King’s business.

Reflection: Is there “bulk” or “trash” in your life that you’ve been tolerating? Today, take it to the dump of repentance and realign with the King.

Apostolic Decree: “The Decree of Divine Order”

“In the name of Jesus, the King of Glory, I issue this apostolic decree over the international ekklesia!

I decree that the spirit of ‘religious tolerance’ for things that are not tolerated in Heaven is broken now! I declare that we are a people of the Whole Counsel of God—not just the verses that make us feel comfortable, but the Laws that make us fruitful.

I decree that we are a people who show our love for the King through our radical obedience to His commandments. I declare that every seed of ‘foolishness’ and ‘wasted time’ is being uprooted and taken to the garbage! I decree that the citizens of this Kingdom are rising up to rule and reign with the standard of Heaven as our only plumb line.

I declare that we shall be fruitful, we shall multiply, and we shall establish the King’s righteousness in the earth. The garbage is out, and the Glory is in! By the decree of the King, it is so! Amen!”

As I looked back over nearly 47 years of walking with the Lord, my response wasn’t what it would have been decades ago. I’ve realized that being reconciled is just the beginning of the legal transaction.

The Egypt Dilemma I’ll be honest with you: I wasted many years. I walked in foolishness, much like the children of Israel. They were legally “out of Egypt” the moment they crossed the sea, but Egypt was still in them. Their ways were still the ways of their old master, not the ways of their King.

The Lord doesn’t just want to get us out of the world; He wants to get the world out of us. He wants to replace our “religious opinions” with “Kingdom protocols.”

My Purpose Re-Defined I wish I had assimilated this truth in the beginning, but I blame no one but myself. I now understand that salvation is not the finish line—it is the means to an end. It is the starting point for a much larger purpose.

So, here is my “next step,” which I intend to walk out every day for the next 50 years:

Since salvation is the starting point and not the goal, I will endure to the end seeking first—and communicating—the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. My focus is His intent: establishing and expanding His Kingdom on the earth, exalting the King of Kings, and proclaiming the mighty name of Jesus with thanksgiving every day of my life.

Are you still standing at the starting line of salvation, or are you ready to run toward the purpose of the Kingdom?

Bishop Dennis is “getting ready to be ready.” Behind the scenes of the “Voice of the Anointing” podcast, there is a massive shift taking place. With a goal to reach one million followers, the Bishop is facing a reality many leaders face: the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Receiving 100 messages an hour is a sign of an open door, but it also highlights the need for a staff that can help carry the weight.

Even with 46 years of ministry experience, Bishop is still seeking a place to serve locally in the Lubbock area. He isn’t done; he’s just getting started. Whether you are in a season of “small beginnings” or “overwhelming growth,” the principle remains: seek the Lord for the structure to hold the vision He gave you.

Kingdom Decree: “I Decree Divine Alignment and Help”

“I decree that every God-given vision has a God-given provision!

I declare that the ‘Aarons and Hurs’ are being activated right now to stand with me. I reject the spirit of ‘overwhelmed’ and I embrace the Spirit of Order. We decree that the structure for the ‘Million Follower’ harvest is being built with wisdom and excellence.

I declare that local doors in the Lubbock area are opening for me to demonstrate my 46 years of wisdom. We step into 2026 not in chaos, but in a divine plan. The laborers are coming, the resources are manifesting, and the King is being glorified!”

Bishop Dennis looks at 2026 not just as a new year, but as a year of execution. After a season of “reset” in 2025, the blueprint is clear: the Kingdom must be preached and its principles demonstrated. But as Bishop humbly acknowledges, no leader is an island.

In the Bible, Moses won the battle only because Aaron and Hur held up his arms when he grew weary. Every God-given vision requires partners who recognize the anointing and say, “I am here to support the work.”

Are you called to be an Aaron or a Hur? Are you called to stand with a leader to ensure the Kingdom message reaches the nations? As we approach the beginning of the 2nd quarter of 2026, it is time to stop thinking small and start preparing for the great exploits God has planned for those who walk in unity.

Reflection: Who are you supporting in the Kingdom? Ask God if there is a leader whose “arms” you are called to help hold up as we enter this new season.

Kingdom Decree: “I Continue My 2026 Reset”

“I decree that 2025 was my year of preparation and 2026 is my year of performance!

I refuse to look back at the past; I look forward to the great exploits the King has prepared for me. I declare that God is raising up ‘Aaron and Hur’ supporters to stand with the vision of this ministry. We are moving from the foundation to the full structure of the Kingdom.

I am a part of a complete foundation. I am a citizen of a Kingdom that thinks big and acts with authority. I am ready, I am positioned, and I am experiencing a fruitful, powerful, and joyful 2026!”

You are invited to experience the ekklesia. It’s time for the ekklesia to proclaim the decrees of the King, and to render judgment against principalities and powers who have rebelled against the King’s victory.

It’s not “church as usual.” It’s time for reformation! It’s time to return to the biblical order which Christ designed.
