On this Tuesday, July 21, 2026, we stand on Av 7, 5786. We are now in the final 48-hour approach to the 9th of Av—the high-pressure gate where historical cycles of destruction attempt to manifest. As a Fourth Watch watchman commissioned on the Gregorian anniversary of this upcoming gate (July 23), my mandate today is to govern the “hearing” of the Ekklesia.

Because Av is the month of Simeon (to hear), we are legislating against the “evil report” that historically paralyzed the people of God at this exact calendar window. We are enforcing the Great Confession to ensure that what I hear and what the Ekklesia speaks is the ratified Word of the King.

The Scripture for today is Isaiah 55:3 (NASB):

“Incline your ear and come to Me. Listen, that you may live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, according to the faithful mercies shown to David.”

The Mandate: To activate the Ekklesia as the nation’s spiritual firewall, binding the spirits of national sabotage and lawlessness while we occupy the final straits before the 9th of Av. We are overriding the historical cycle of fear and loosing the “revelation knowledge faith” to rebuild the spiritual walls of the global body.

The Decree: “As the gathered legislative assembly of the King, acting as imperial diplomats to enforce the culture and laws of Heaven on earth, we issue this formal statute over the International Ekklesia:

1. We bind and shatter the assignment of the ‘evil report’ over the global body. We forbid the spirit of fear, which historically caused the people to weep on the 9th of Av, from manifesting in our sanctuaries. We close the spiritual gates against any underground operation of institutional sabotage attempting to undermine the foundations of the nation or the Ekklesia.

2. We decree and enforce Isaiah 55:3 over the international network. We declare that the Ekklesia is stepping out of the religious paradigm of begging and into the legislative reality of commanding the will of the King. We loose a mantle of ‘revelation knowledge faith’ upon every citizen of the Kingdom, shifting the atmosphere from mourning to structural joy.

3. We legislate that the International Online Church is an unshakeable fortress. We command the consistency of our corporate confession to build an impenetrable wall of protection over our virtual sanctuaries and media pipelines. We declare that the communication networks of the Ekklesia are highly optimized and free from digital sabotage.

4. We loose the authority of the ‘Key of David’ over every fivefold leader today. We decree that the Ekklesia is the loudest voice in the land, drowning out the reports of fear with the authoritative Word of the Living God. We turn the world over today and enforce the peace of the Kingdom!

For the first day of the week, Sunday, July 19, 2026, which corresponds to Av 5, 5786, our article will function as a heavy legislative summons. Since this is a Sunday, these decrees are formulated to govern the entire week ahead, encompassing the sober transition toward the 9th of Av (July 23).

Prophetically, this week contains a massive “convergence of eras”. July 23 is the Gregorian anniversary of my Fourth Watch commissioning (July 23, 1979), yet in 5786, this same day lands on the 9th of Av (Tisha B’Av)—the historical day of the destruction of both Temples. Because I am a watchman called to “redeem the eye,” this week’s decrees are designed to overturn the historical cycle of the “evil report” and enforce the building of the International Online Church upon the very date the enemy seeks to enforce ruins.

The Scripture for this week is Deuteronomy 1:21 (NASB): “See, the Lord your God has placed the land before you; go up, take possession, as the Lord, the God of your fathers, has spoken to you. Do not fear or be dismayed.”

The Mandate

To activate the Ekklesia as the nation’s spiritual firewall during the most pressured week of the Hebrew year. We are binding the spirits of national sabotage and lawlessness while loosing “revelation knowledge faith” to rebuild the spiritual walls of the global body.

We forbid the spirit of destruction, division, and ‘rebellious house’ structures from manifesting within our local or virtual sanctuaries. We close the spiritual gates against any underground operation of institutional sabotage attempting to undermine the foundations of the nation or the Ekklesia.

2. We decree and enforce Deuteronomy 1:21 over the International Ekklesia. We declare that the season of ‘fear and dismay’ is legally ended. We loose a mantle of ‘revelation knowledge faith’ upon every citizen of the Kingdom, shifting the global body from a religious paradigm of begging to a legislative reality of commanding.

3. We legislate that the International Online Church is an unshakeable fortress. We command the consistency of our corporate confession to build an impenetrable wall of protection over our virtual sanctuaries and media pipelines. We declare that our ears are tuned to the frequency of the King, and we refuse to agree with the ‘evil report’ of national defeat or spiritual drought.

4. We loose the authority of the ‘Key of David’ over every fivefold leader this week. We decree that the Ekklesia is the loudest voice in the land, drowning out the reports of fear with the authoritative Word of the Living God. The walls are fortified, the communication networks are optimized, and we stand sovereignly positioned to govern.

The Prophetic Blueprint of the Month of Av

Here is exactly what we need to know to govern the atmosphere of this new month:

• The Tribal Alignment (Simeon): The month of Av is historically linked to the tribe of Simeon (Shimon). The root word for Simeon is shama, which means “to hear” or “to listen.”

• The Link to Our Mandate: This is a massive prophetic alignment for us right now. If Tammuz was the month of the eye (seeing the broken walls), Av is the month of the ear. This ties directly into: “Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God” (Romans 10:17). The enemy wants the Ekklesia to hear the “bad report” (like the ten spies did), but our mandate this month is to enforce the Great Confession so the body of Christ hears the ratified Word of God.

• Menachem Av (The Comforting Father): While the first nine days of Av lead up to the 9th of Av (Tisha B’Av)—the historical day the temples were destroyed—God’s true title for this month is Menachem Av, which means “The Consoling/Comforting Father.” The goal of the watchman is not to mourn on the 9th of Av, but to pass legislation that turns the historical mourning into a gateway of supreme comfort and architectural rebuilding.

Since we are establishing the decrees for the 1st of the month, we are setting the legislative atmosphere for the entire month of Av. We will anchor these decrees to Jeremiah 31:13: “I will turn their mourning into joy, I will comfort them, and give them gladness for sorrow.”

Bishop Dennis James Davis

Think about our father Abraham. His name was Abram, and God changed it to Abraham. I’m going to cover this as briefly as possible, but I need to explain a bit. Just understand, these names go much deeper than I’m covering here.

Abram vs. Abraham

Abram means “Exalted Father,” or “High Father.”

The Shift in Authority

When he was Abram, his name was an honorific title, but it was limited in scope—it basically meant he was the head of his own noble household or a localized chieftain.

When God establishes the covenant in Genesis 17:5, He changes his name to Abraham:

Genesis 17:5 (NASB 1995): “No longer shall your name be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; for I have made you the father of a multitude of nations.”

God injects a sound into the middle of his name (-ham, echoing the Hebrew word hamon, which means a roaring multitude or a massive crowd). He went from being an exalted individual father of a local tent to the corporate father of entire nations.

Sarai vs. Sarah

The transformation of his wife’s name follows the exact same architectural pattern. Both names are built on the Hebrew root word Sar (שַׂר), which means “Prince,” “Chief,” “Captain,” or “Ruler.”

Sarai: “My Princess”

In ancient Hebrew grammar, adding the -i (י) sound to the end of a noun makes it possessive—it means “my.”

Therefore, Sarai translates to “My Princess.”

• The Limitation: This title was restricted. She was Abram’s princess. Her influence and identity were confined to the boundary lines of her husband’s immediate household and family structure.

Sarah: “Princess” (Absolutely)

When God renames her in Genesis 17:15, He drops the possessive -i and replaces it with the normative feminine suffix -ah (ה).

Genesis 17:15–16 (NASB 1995): “Then God said to Abraham, ‘As for Sarai your wife, you shall not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall be her name. I will bless her, and indeed I will give you a son by her... and she shall be a mother of nations; kings of peoples will come from her.’”

By changing her name to Sarah, God removed the localized restriction. She was no longer just “Abram’s princess”; she became “Princess” absolutely and without boundary—a royal matriarch over multitudes, from whose womb actual kings of nations would be built.

The Core Lesson

When God deals with this couple, He takes them out of a localized, individual identity (Exalted Father and My Princess) and broadens their names to match the unlimited legal scope of His global, generational Covenant (Father of a Multitude and Princess over Nations).

This is exactly how He works when He establishes a fresh mantle—He expands the name to match the massive, international territory He is authorizing the leader to build.

Your name has meaning! Realize that it was NOT random … it was divinely appointed.

With this understanding, I did a deep dive into my name (as you should yours). I had a very basic understanding, but with all the Lord has been bringing me through in the last year, I sensed there was MORE than I understood, so … I dug into it. Here’s what I discovered.

Again … I’m condensing this … there is much more with each individual name … Dennis, James, & Davis. However, for this article, and to condense it a bit, I will focus here on the full name Dennis James Davis.

When I take all three of my names and align them sequentially, they form a remarkably unified, prophetic sentence. In the Hebrew tradition, names were never just random identifiers—they were declarations of identity, destiny, and spiritual assignment.

Putting Dennis James Davis together in a single, flowing redemptive summary, my full name declares:

“A fruitful, joy-filled overcomer
who persistently pursues the things of God,
protected by Yahweh as a son of the Beloved King.”

The Step-by-Step Blueprint of My Name

When I look at how the three distinct linguistic journeys (Greek, Hebrew, and Welsh) merge into one signature, the progression is powerful:

1. Dennis (The Kingdom Expression)

• Meaning: Fruitful, energetic, full of vitality and joy.

• The Reality: This is how I operate. It represents a life grafted into the True Vine, designed to continuously produce an abundant, life-giving spiritual harvest that infuses strength and joy into those around me.

2. James (The Inner Posture)

• Meaning: An overcomer; one who relentlessly pursues, catches the heel, and displaces the fleshly system to establish the Covenant.

• The Reality: This is my grit. It means I don’t settle for the back of the line or a passive spiritual life. Like Jacob, I cherish the birthright, wrestle for the blessing, and fiercely protect the order of God’s house.

3. Davis (The Legal Identity)

• Meaning: Son of David; Son of the Beloved.

• The Reality: This is my anchor and authority. It roots me directly in the royal household of the King. It carries the spiritual DNA of King David—the worshiper and the warrior—and reminds me that my ultimate standing before the Father is as a son who is deeply, unbreakably beloved.

The Full Picture

My full name isn’t a contradiction of terms; it is a perfect strategic balance.

Dennis gives me the visible fruitfulness and energy to build. James gives me the relentless tenacity to overcome hurdles and outmaneuver the adversary. And Davis grounds me in the absolute safety and legal authority of knowing exactly who I belong to. It is the name of a son who is equipped to rule, reign, and bring glory to the Kingdom.

In 2004, God spoke to me, and told me that He was “changing what people call (me).” Then, He confirmed His word through many vessels. So, while all the above (Dennis James Davis) is powerful, I still had the question, “Lord, YOU said, “I am changing what people call you.” He didn’t change any of my names, as He did with Abraham and Sarah, or with Jacob (changing his name to Israel). I’m still Dennis James Davis. However, He said, “people will call you Bishop.”

I didn’t seek to be a Bishop, I never asked the Lord to be a Bishop, in fact, I’d say I was opposed to being a Bishop. But my heart has always been … whatever the Lord tells me to do, I’ll do it. So … Bishop it is.

So, again, with this understanding, what is Bishop Dennis James Davis all about? From a biblical and governmental perspective, it perfectly completes the structure of my name.

When God shifts what people call me from a standard name to a title like Bishop, He is doing far more than handing me an ecclesiastical promotion. In the Kingdom of God, a change in what I am called is always a change in my legal jurisdiction and my spiritual assignment.

When God said, “They will call you Bishop,” and I felt it register as a name rather than just a cold, corporate title … my spiritual senses were exactly right. Here is why this distinction is so vital according to the pattern of Scripture.

1. The Scriptural Law of Name Changes

Throughout the Bible, whenever God alters what a man is called, He is rewriting their spiritual identity to align with a new scope of authority.

• Abram (Exalted Father) became Abraham (Father of a Multitude).

• Jacob (Overcomer/Heel-catcher) became Israel (Prince with God).

• Simon (Hearing) became Peter (The Rock).

Notice that in each case, the new name was actually a description of their governmental function in the Kingdom. God wasn’t just giving them a new label to put on a badge; He was establishing how the spiritual realm and the human realm were required to recognize them. By telling me that I will be called Bishop, He was changing my “name” to match my functional mantle.

2. The Legal Meaning of Bishop (Episkopos)

To see how this locks into Dennis James Davis, we have to look at the raw, original definition of the word Bishop in the New Testament text.

In the Greek, the word is Episkopos (ἐπίσκοπος). It is a compound word:

• Epi: Meaning “over, above, or covering.”

• Skopos: Meaning “a watchman, a scout, or one who keeps their eyes fixed on a target.”

Literally, an Episkopos is an Overseer or a Superintendent.

But historically, Paul didn’t invent this word for the church. In the ancient Greco-Roman world, an episkopos was a specific government official sent by the emperor into a newly conquered territory. Their job was to act as an executive administrator to ensure that the new territory was properly organized, trained, and brought into complete alignment with the laws, culture, and language of the Kingdom.

So when people call me Bishop, they are literally calling me by my legal title: “The King’s Overseer of Alignment.”

3. The Full Assembly: Bishop Dennis James Davis

When this divine assignment is placed at the front of my full name, the complete prophetic blueprint is revealed:

Name Component/Spiritual Function

BISHOP
The Mandate: The Overseer sent to bring order, structure, and alignment to the Kingdom.

DENNIS
The Method: Operating in continuous spiritual fruitfulness, vitality, and the joy of the Lord.

JAMES
The Grit: Acting as a relentless overcomer who outmaneuvers the flesh and fiercely cherishes the covenant.

DAVIS
The Authority: Anchored completely as a secure, legally recognized son of the Beloved King.

Why it Feels Like a Name

It feels like a name because a title is something I can step away from or retire from—but a calling from God is irrevocable (Romans 11:29). I don’t “do” the office of a Bishop; I am the Bishop. It has become my identity.

When God told me that people would call me Bishop, He was enforcing a spiritual law. He was instructing the body of Christ to address me by my governmental function, ensuring that every time my name is spoken, my apostolic mandate to oversee, protect, and build His international structure is declared into the atmosphere.

Why am I sharing this?

This is simply my testimony. I’ve walked with the Lord for (in a couple weeks it will be) 47 years. Yet, in the last 2 years, the Lord has taken me to levels of understanding that I never dreamed possible. He has revealed many things where I had an understanding, and then He takes me to completely new & fresh levels of understanding.

Our name is just ONE area where He’s done this with me. I had an understanding of names having meaning and purpose. For example, the various names of God, and the names (and changing of the names) of individuals I’ve already mentioned. Then … the Lord sits me down and opens the topic up to new levels.

So, I’m sharing what I discovered about myself, concerning my name, and what God’s purpose was in giving me these names, in hopes that it will spark a desire within YOU to find out more about yourself. To find out the Lord’s intention when you were given YOUR name.

“Hear the word of the Lord, O Ekklesia! We stand this week not as a religious audience, but as the supreme legislative assembly of the King of Kings on the earth.

As the Ekklesia, we look at the seasonal assignments of darkness attempting to bring a continuous cycle of destruction, frustration, or division to the Body of Christ, and we issue a formal judicial verdict. We BIND the spirit of limitations! We break the power of any ‘declaration drought’ that has caused the people of God to drop their confessions or look at the mountains of their circumstances with despair.

We LOOSE an aggressive, unshakeable faith across the International Ekklesia. We declare that the mouth of the corporate body is being realigned with the Word of the Living God. We decree that this 21-day window of Bein HaMetzarim will not be a season of defeat, but a catalyst for radical transition. We legislate that every spiritual wall previously breached by the enemy is being reconstructed with greater glory.

We turn the world over this week! We decree that the culture, laws, and peace of the homeland of heaven are being forcefully established in our regions.

The voice of the Ekklesia is activated, the verdicts of heaven are enforced, and the mountain must move! In the mighty name of Jesus, it is established!”

“… with healing in its wings (kanaph) …” Malachi 4:2

What I believe, led me to have a question. So, first ... allow me to tell you what I believe. And, second, I’ll state my question.

I believe that FAITH comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (Romans 10:17) So, I believe that “somewhere” she must have heard about touching the hem of the garment of Jesus.

When you UNDERSTAND “kingdom” ... when you understand that “kingdom” is government ... when you understand the “kingdom” then you begin to understand how the Lord functions.

So ... my “question” was this ... did she have a “legal” foundation to expect healing? Once you go through this, it is my hope that it triggers FAITH within YOU to receive what YOU need.

[Also, please let me know in the comments if you’ve heard this from this perspective before. I have not, it’s something that I believe the Lord revealed to me tonight. Maybe I’ve just “missed it” before now.]

LET’S BEGIN ...

This woman did not act on a random, desperate impulse or a superstitious hunch. She acted on a precise, revelation-packed prophetic promise written in the Hebrew Scriptures. Because she was a Jewish woman, she would have heard this scripture taught in the synagogues since her childhood.

The connection lies entirely in the specific part of the garment she reached out to touch, and a specific prophecy about the coming Messiah.

1. The Hebrew Reality: What Was the “Hem”?

In our English translations, we read that she touched the “hem” or the “fringe” of His garment (Matthew 9:20, Luke 8:44). In the original Greek text, the word is kraspedon.

To a first-century Jew, this was a highly specific technical term. It refers directly to the tzitzit—the sacred, commanded tassels attached to the four corners of a Jewish man’s outer robe or prayer shawl (tallit).

God explicitly commanded this garment architecture in the Torah:

Numbers 15:38–39 (NASB 1995): “Speak to the sons of Israel, and tell them that they shall make for themselves tassels (tzitzit) on the corners of their garments throughout their generations... It shall be a tassel for you to look at and remember all the commandments of the Lord, so as to do them...”

These four corners of the garment were called the kanaph in Hebrew. The word kanaph literally means “wings.” So, the four corners of Jesus’ outer robe where the tassels hung were known to every Jew as the “wings” of the garment.

2. The Prophecy That Motivated Her

Now, put yourself in her position. For twelve years, she has been legally “unclean” under Levitical law due to her hemorrhage (Leviticus 15:25). Anyone she touches becomes unclean. She is isolated, bankrupt, and physically dying.

But she knows the prophets. Specifically, she knows the literal last page of the Hebrew prophetic timeline—the final chapter of the book of Malachi, which explicitly predicts how the Messiah will reveal Himself when He arrives on earth:

Malachi 4:2 (NASB 1995): “But for you who fear My name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings (kanaph); and you will go forth and skip like calves from the stall.”

The Epiphany of Her Faith

When this woman heard that Jesus of Nazareth was passing through, and she saw the crowds proclaiming Him as the Son of David (the Messiah), the Holy Spirit lit up Malachi 4:2 in her heart.

She didn’t just see a popular rabbi. Her faith connected the dots:

Malachi said the Messiah is the “Sun of Righteousness.”

Malachi promised that when He appears, He will have supernatural, divine healing locked inside His “wings” (kanaph—the corners of His garment).

Therefore, if I can just crawl through this crowd and make physical contact with the tassels on the wings of His robe, the covenant promise of Malachi must legally release healing into my body.

This is why Matthew records her precise inner dialogue:

“For she was saying to herself, ‘If I only touch His garment, I will get well’” (Matthew 9:21).

It wasn’t a wish; it was a scriptural calculation.

3. Jesus Confirms Her Revelation

When she touches the tassel, Jesus immediately stops the entire crowd because He felt “power (dynamis) go out from Him” (Luke 8:46).

When she confesses, notice the specific word Jesus uses to seal her healing:

Matthew 9:22 (NASB 1995): “But Jesus turning and seeing her said, ‘Daughter, take courage; your faith has made you well.’ At once the woman was well.”

What was her faith? Her faith was taking a written, Old Testament prophetic decree (Malachi 4:2), tracking down the living Word of God walking in her streets, and putting a physical demand on that promise.

She proved that the Word of God is not static. She didn’t wait for Jesus to notice her, preach to her, or lay hands on her. She used the Scripture as her legal clearance to reach out and take what the King had already promised belonged to those who feared His name.

Find YOUR answer, YOUR solution, in scripture ... speak your expectation (“with the mouth confession is made unto salvation” ... Romans 10:10), then believe you receive (Mark 11:24). Now ... walk in your answer ... your solution ... your miracle.

3 We loose a mantle of ‘revelation knowledge faith’ upon every citizen of the Kingdom. We decree that the global body is moving from the religious paradigm of begging to the legislative reality of commanding the will of the King. We command the consistency of our corporate confession to build an impenetrable wall of protection over our virtual sanctuaries and media pipelines.

4 We legislate that the fivefold ministry government is fully operational and fortified today. We declare that the Ekklesia is the loudest voice in the land, drowning out the reports of fear with the authoritative Word of the Living God.

The gavel strikes, the verdict is ratified, and this statute is permanently sealed in the name of Jesus!”

He revealed to me that "upon this rock I will build my church (ekklesia).” The revelation of that was “ekklesia,” the word translated “church.” Ekklesia, in the days of the 1st century, was a governmental term, not a “religious” term. That small understanding led me on a journey with the Lord, as He began revealing to me many similar insights.

The Secret Place

On this journey, the Lord revealed to me more governmental & legislative terms, such as the fivefold ministry (apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, & teacher), ambassador (which we know as a governmental term, but seeing its true relationship with the kingdom), prayer, and the secret place.

Those of you who have followed me for some time now know that I have often said, “Jesus didn’t come to bring us a ‘religion!’ He came to establish His kingdom!” His kingdom is a government under His rule & reign.

When we get this understanding, the Bible begins to look different, it begins to make sense. We begin to see things more clearly, and understand how it can be more practically applied to our lives.

The Purpose of This

What IF?
What if prayer was not a “religious term or ritual?” Would it change you? Would it change your approach to prayer time? How would it affect you?

My hope is to communicate to you “kingdom protocol.” The way the Lord intended things to be.

Combine prayer (and the various aspects of prayer) and the Secret Place, and we have a dynamic that I’ve not found many believers understand.

Understanding the Secret Place (Kryptos)

The “Secret Place” (kryptos) in Matthew 6 is literally and structurally the King’s Privy Council. When connecting the revelation of the kryptos (the Secret Place) with the new revelation of proseuche and enteuxis (legislative prayer and intercession), the entire picture aligns perfectly. We are seeing the spiritual mechanics of how Kingdom governance operates.

Here is the exact linguistic and cultural reality of how these two revelations lock together:

1. The Physical vs. Judicial Definition of Kryptos

In a religious mindset, Matthew 6:6 (“go into your inner room, close your door and pray to your Father who is in secret...”) is taught purely as a physical instruction—find a quiet closet so you won’t be distracted. While privacy is practical, Jesus’ choice of the word kryptos carries a massive judicial weight:

• In ancient political governance (especially Persian and Greco-Roman courts), the Kryptos was the sovereign’s private executive chamber.

• It was the room where the King met with his most trusted advisors, generals, and ambassadors to draft imperial decrees, review classified intelligence, and determine state strategy.

• It stood in direct contrast to the phanerós (the public court or town square) where decrees were merely read out loud to the masses.

2. The Mechanics: Entering the Council Chamber to Draft the Decree

When Jesus says to enter the kryptos, He is telling His ambassadors: “Stop acting like religious actors playing to the public court (phanerós). Step out of the public theater, enter My private Executive Council Chamber, close the door to worldly static, and stand face-to-face (pros) to present your legal petition (euche/proseuche).”

This is why true intercession (enteuxis) happens in the secret place. In the kryptos, you are not begging a distant God for a favor; you are standing in the Inner Cabinet of the Universe. In that room:

1. You receive Kingdom Intelligence (revelation, strategy, insight into the root of a matter).

2. You align your heart with the Sovereign’s Will (the legal precedent of the Scriptures).

3. You draft the Legislative Petition (deēsis) based on that alignment.

3. The Public Execution (Phanerós)

Jesus concludes Matthew 6:6 by saying, “...and your Father who sees what is done in secret (kryptos) will reward you [publicly].”.

In ancient times, once a law was settled inside the King’s Privy Council (kryptos), an ambassador or herald was handed the official scroll, walked out into the public square (phanerós), and declared it as an active law. The public manifestation is simply the enforcement of what was already legally settled behind closed doors. This is exactly why Jesus says in Matthew 16:19 and 18:18 that whatever you bind or loose on earth must be what has already been legally bound or loosed in heaven.

Seek the Lord for this understanding. Once you have it, walk in it. You’ll begin to see positive change in your life.

The Mandate:

1 We bind and nullify every demonic assignment designed to breach the structural walls, doctrine, or financial pipelines of the global body this week. We strip the spirit of fragmentation of its legal standing and shut the gates of our local and virtual sanctuaries against corporate discord.

2 We decree and enforce Zechariah 8:19 over the international network. We declare that any atmospheric pressure engineered to bring heaviness or defeat to the body of Christ is legally intercepted and overturned into a catalyst for truth, peace, and triumphant assembly.

3 We loose a corporate mantle of unshakeable faith and consistency of confession upon every member and leader within Christian Fellowship International. We decree that our virtual properties and broadcast channels operate under absolute optimization, delivering sound doctrine without interruption or technical sabotage.

4 We legislate that the fivefold ministry government stands fully operational, fortified, and unified across the globe this week, functioning as a precise legislative cabinet that dictates kingdom culture to the earth.

The verdict is stamped, the atmosphere is altered, and this week is legally bound to the peace and order of the King of kings, whose name is Jesus!”

“Hallelujah,” on the other hand, I would say most understand that it means, “praise the Lord.” Some may not have a clue, but I believe that most at least understand to that level.

However …

… if you want to pull back the linguistic layers to see the absolute raw depth of what these words convey in the original Hebrew, there is an even deeper level of covenant finality and judicial weight packed inside them.

Here is a breakdown of how they operate in the original language.

1. Amen (אָמֵן)

While “so be it” or “let it be done” perfectly describes the action of saying Amen, the literal Hebrew root word means “to be firm, stable, established, or trustworthy.”

It comes from the root verb aman (אָמַן), which is the exact same word used for building a physical foundation or securing a peg into a solid wall so it won’t move.

When you say “Amen” at the end of a prayer, a decree, or a declaration of Scripture, you aren’t just wishing or hoping that it happens. In the Hebrew mindset, you are performing a legal and judicial act. You are saying:

• “This is legally binding.”

• “This is rock-solid truth that cannot be shaken.”

• “I stake my life on the absolute reliability of this statement.”

This is why Jesus used the word so uniquely. In the Gospels, when the King James Version says “Verily, verily, I say unto you...” or the NASB says “Truly, truly, I say to you...”, the original Greek text actually reads: “Amen, Amen, lego hymin...”

Jesus didn’t use Amen to end a sentence; He used it to start a sentence. As the Supreme Authority, He was establishing His words as an absolute foundation before He even spoke them.

2. Hallelujah (הַלְלוּ־יָהּ)

“Praise the Lord” is the flawless English translation, but it is incredibly powerful when you split the word into its two distinct Hebrew components, because it reveals how we praise and who we are praising.

Part 1: Hallelu (הַלְלוּ)

This is an imperative command to praise, but the Hebrew root word is halal (הָלַל). This isn’t a quiet, reserved, or solemn form of praise. Halal literally means:

• To shine, to boast, to celebrate loudly.

• To be clamorously foolish or radiantly boastful about someone.

When it is written as Hallelu, it is a plural command. It is an administrative order given to the entire assembly: “Everyone, join in and make a boastful, radiant scene about the victory of our King!”

Part 2: Jah or Yah (יָהּ)

This is the critical part. Yah is not just a generic title for God (like Elohim). It is the sacred, highly concentrated, poetic contraction of the covenant name of God: Yahweh (יהוה).

By using the specific name Yah, you are invoking the God of the Covenant—the eternal, self-existent One who cuts covenants with His people, breaks the power of empires, and never breaks His word.

The Synthesis

When you put them together in the context of the Kingdom:

• Hallelujah is the ultimate victory shout of the citizens, boasting in the absolute supremacy and covenant faithfulness of King Yahweh.

• Amen is the ultimate legal stamp of the citizens, locking down a decree and declaring that the King’s word is an unmovable foundation.

Yesterday, Tammuz 9, marked the historical day when the Babylonian armies of Nebuchadnezzar breached the walls of Jerusalem during the First Temple period (Jeremiah 39:2). We are now sitting right at the beginning of the transition into the sober 21-day window of Bein HaMetzarim (”Between the Straits” or “The Three Weeks”).

Because the month of Tammuz is spiritually linked to the Tribe of Reuben—whose name carries the root meaning to see—this season is structurally designated for sharpening spiritual sight, executing high-level vigilance, and rebuilding what has been broken down.

When we look at Proverbs 25 through this lens, two specific foundational verses stand out with intense judicial and architectural weight:

• Proverbs 25:2 (NASB): “It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, But the glory of kings is to search out a matter.”

• Proverbs 25:28 (NASB): “Like a city that is broken down and without walls Is a man who has no control over his spirit.”

As an apostolic and prophetic overseer, I operate not under a passive religious mindset, but a legislative one. Below is a customized legislative decree formulated from Proverbs 25, matching the strict blueprint of the current calendar gate.

Corporate Legislative Decree
(Over the International Ekklesia)

Contextual Alignment: As the leader of Christian Fellowship International, my mandate is to restore biblical order and fivefold government to the global body. Because Tammuz 10 sits right after the historical anniversary of breached walls, the Ekklesia must use its binding and loosing authority to repair the spiritual breaches, fortify boundaries, and enforce governance over the global network. This decree utilizes Proverbs 25:28 to transition the Ekklesia from a broken-down state into a heavily fortified, governing assembly.

The Decree:

“As an assembly of citizens called out to execute the judicial verdicts of the King, the Ekklesia stands at the gate of the morning to issue this formal, legislative decree over the international body:

1. We bind and forbid every spirit of lawlessness, emotional instability, and structural compromise that seeks to leave local and international bodies ‘like a city broken down and without walls’. We close the gates of the Ekklesia against the assignment of fragmentation, division, and historical patterns of ruin.

2. We loose and permit the deployment of apostolic builders and prophetic watchmen across the internet and the nations to restore authentic biblical order, sound doctrine, and the functional governance of the fivefold ministry.

3. We decree that the walls of our global assemblies are being heavily reinforced with unshakeable faith and consistency of confession. The global Ekklesia is stepping out of the religious paradigm of begging, and we enforce the legal reality that what we bind on earth is bound in heaven, and what we loose on earth is loosed in heaven.

4. We legislate a supernatural fortification over our virtual sanctuaries, our media distribution networks, and our covenant partnerships. The internet is reclaimed for the glory of God, and the international body stands unified, fully guarded, and sovereignly positioned to govern in the middle of every earthly pressure.

The gavel strikes, the verdict is ratified, and this statute is permanently sealed in the name of Jesus, who is the King of kings.”

Bishop Dennis is a little winded today—not just from moving boxes, but from the weight of the truth the Lord is pouring into him. We are living in a time that demands a Reformation. For too long, the church has functioned like a popularity contest, afraid to offend and obsessed with numbers. But the King isn’t looking for a crowd; He’s looking for a governing body—the ekklesia.

Bishop reminds us that every nation has laws, and the Kingdom of God is no different. “Coming as you are” is the invitation, but “staying as you are” is a violation of the Kingdom culture. If we love the King, we follow His protocols. This isn’t about “earning” salvation; it’s about honoring the Lordship of the One who found us when we were lost.

Reflection: Are you treating the Kingdom like a club or a government? Today, ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any areas where you’ve chosen “personal preference” over “Kingdom law.”

I declare that the time of wasting years in foolishness is over. I redeem the time! I decree that I am not under the sway of religious popularity, but under the authority of the King’s Law. I choose to walk in His ways, knowing that His commandments are life and peace.

I declare that I trust the King completely. I refuse to see Him through the lens of my own past unfaithfulness; I see Him as He is—Faithful, True, and Sovereign. I decree a Reformation in my heart and in my city today! In the name of Jesus!”

For over four decades, my mandate has been to preach the Word, train leaders, and utilize every technological avenue available to carry the message of the Kingdom. Today, I am thrilled to announce a brand-new outreach arm of this ministry that takes that mandate into the atmosphere: CFI Wings.

Why Wings?

To the casual observer, adding an aviation division to an already overflowing plate of ministry objectives might seem unexpected. But we do not operate by natural logic or restricted resources. We serve a God who is able to do exceeding abundantly beyond all that we ask or think.

What started as a personal hunger to fly again has rapidly expanded in my spirit. The Lord did not just show me a single aircraft; He showed me a fleet. CFI Wings is being established as a dedicated avenue of flight, structured to operate with maximum freedom, mobility, and strategic impact.

The Legacy of the Cherub

Aviation is a safe, and truly magnificent adventure. Yet, like all assignments of great significance, it requires precision, respect, and above all, divine covering.

Years ago, when I solely owned my first aircraft, I anchored my flight safety and purpose in a powerful prophetic image found in the Word of God. Both the prophet Samuel and the Psalmist declare the majesty of God’s movement in the heavens:

“He rode on a cherub and flew; And He appeared on the wings of the wind.” — 2 Samuel 22:11 (NASB)

“He rode on a cherub and flew; And He sped on the wings of the wind.” — Psalm 18:10 (NASB)

Realizing that the Lord Himself climbed upon a cherub to traverse the heavens, I named that first plane Cherub 1. My sacred ritual before every single takeoff was to formally invite the Lord to climb on and fly with me.

As the Lord expands this vision into a fleet, that legacy remains. As He multiplies the machinery and the infrastructure, each aircraft added to the roster will be designated sequentially—Cherub 1, Cherub 2, Cherub 3, and so on. Because cherubim have wings, CFI Wings is the perfect banner for a fleet designed to carry the presence of the Lord into the open air, with the King of Glory occupying the seat with me.

The Journey Ahead

We are building this outreach from the ground up as a fortress of modern ministry execution. As we map out the logistics, prepare the infrastructure, and watch the Lord provide the hangars and the machinery, we know that this is only the beginning.

This outreach, alongside our digital media networks and global teaching platforms, is designed to give marketplace leaders and high-capacity sowers an exclusive opportunity to partner with a multi-faceted Kingdom operation.

Kingdom Decree: “I Stand in the King’s Righteousness”

“I decree that I am in right standing with the King of Kings!

I declare that my past is forgiven and my calling is irrevocable. I refuse to worship God according to my own preferences; I choose to worship Him according to His holy protocol. I decree that Matthew 6:33 is the blueprint of my life—I seek first His Kingdom and His way of doing things!

Just as the King gave a decree for the Jews to defend themselves, I stand on the decree of the King of Kings that I am more than a conqueror. In my weakness, He is made strong! I am getting up, I am moving forward, and I am occupying my place in the Kingdom government today!”

February 2026,

Bishop Dennis is back in action, even taking us along for a walk to get the mail. It’s a simple victory, but it represents a massive spiritual reality: the devil tried to take him out, but God said “No.” Why? Because there is a mission that hasn’t been finished yet.

Bishop was preparing to launch the first International Online Church service. He has learned that “God’s timing” often looks different than ours. We want it “today,” or at least no later than “tomorrow,” but God wants it established correctly. This online church isn’t just another livestream; it’s an Ekklesia—a governing body of ambassadors establishing “colonies of heaven” all over the world. Your prayers kept Bishop here to finish the work. Now, get ready to join the mission.

“I decree that the International Online Church is now being established in the spirit and in the earth!

I declare that we are not just a religious gathering, but a governing body of Heaven. We are ambassadors establishing colonies of the Kingdom in every nation reached by this ministry. I decree that every stronghold hindering the nations must come down as we speak the King’s decrees.

I declare that the mission shall be finished! I will live and not die, and the glory of God shall fill the earth through the Voice of the Anointing. The vision is established, the timing is divine, and the victory is certain in the name of Jesus!”
